1. This website does not collect your personal data
This site is an informational page about BeLive co-living for ViTrox College students. It contains no contact form, sign-up form or account area, and it does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, or store anything in your browser.
You can browse this site without submitting any personal information.
2. When you make an enquiry
Every "Book a Tour", "Book a Room" and "Enquire" button on this site opens BeLive's enquiry form, which is hosted separately from this page. Any details you choose to provide there — such as your name, contact details, preferred residence, room type and move-in month — are submitted to BeLive so that a community manager can respond to you and arrange a viewing.
Information submitted through that form is handled by BeLive under the BeLive Privacy Policy, which sets out how BeLive collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.
3. Third-party services used by this page
To display correctly, this page loads a small number of resources from third parties. When your browser requests them, those providers necessarily receive your IP address and basic technical information about your device:
- Google Fonts — supplies the typeface used across the site.
- unpkg — serves the mapping library used by the catchment map.
- OpenStreetMap — supplies the map tiles shown in the catchment map.
These providers process that information under their own privacy policies. BeLive does not receive, store or combine this data, and does not use it to identify you.
4. Tenancy agreements and terms
Tenancy agreements, together with their terms and conditions and any house rules, are provided by BeLive through the BeLive platform. They are issued to you for review and e-signing as part of the booking process, not through this website.
Personal data collected during tenancy application, e-signing and the tenancy itself is handled by BeLive under the BeLive Privacy Policy. Your signed tenancy agreement and its terms govern your stay — in the event of any inconsistency with this website, the tenancy agreement prevails.
5. Prices and information on this site
Room rates, fee breakdowns and the payment calculator on this site are provided for general reference only. They are estimates, may change, and do not constitute an offer. Final figures are confirmed in writing by the BeLive team before signing.
6. Your rights and how to contact us
If you would like to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided to BeLive, or if you have any question about how your data is handled, please contact your BeLive community manager or get in touch through the enquiry form. Requests are handled in accordance with the BeLive Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection law.
7. Changes to this page
This page may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to BeLive's practices. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
